This is a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, relaxing yoga practice. It is based on Hatha Yoga, classical yoga postures (asanas), breathwork, and gentle warming movements to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation. There will be various postures: standing, on the yoga mat, seated, as well as, some seated meditation. All are welcome and modifications will be provided.
